There are changes being considered by the Town of Westfield on three corners of this intersection, which would include possible re-zoning from residential to business use zonings. Most of these changes are in direct conflict with the Westfield Comprehensive Plan which was recently approved and accepted. If you live in and around this area and are concerned about these changes and how it will affect your property value, taxes, roads, schools, future development and more please get involved in the conversation.
